How much does it cost?
It depends on what the tool needs to do, and we often start small and build on it. The principle: a one-off build fee, then a monthly subscription covering hosting, maintenance and support. The quote is fixed before we start, after a free first conversation: no meter running.
How long before I get my tool?
The first screens arrive within 7 days. A simple tool is live in 2 to 4 weeks, a richer project in 1 to 2 months. You use it from the very first version: fine-tuning then happens on the real thing, not on mock-ups.
Who owns the software, and where is my data?
The source code is yours from delivery — something almost never true of a standard subscription. Data is hosted in Europe and backed up daily, connections are encrypted and access is protected by passwords and roles, in line with the GDPR.
What if I need a change later?
That's expected — it's the whole point of custom software. Small fixes are covered by the subscription; new features are quoted individually and you approve them before any work starts.
My team isn't comfortable with computers.
That's exactly who the tool is designed for: your words, your steps, nothing superfluous. Team training is included at delivery, and a tool that matches existing habits is learned in hours rather than weeks.
What happens if I stop the subscription?
You leave with your source code and a full export of your data in a reusable format. The subscription pays for a service — hosting, maintenance, support — not for lock-in. Migrating what you already have (spreadsheets, old software) is part of the project from the start.
